CINERA has four mobile apps, each designed for a different role:

• CINERA Scout — for location scouts capturing and delivering locations
• CINERA Manager — for location managers and coordinators (requires a CINERA subscription)
• CINERA Team — free for crew, join with a team code from your Location Manager
• CINERA Client — free for directors and creatives, join with a client code

For account access, billing, or subscription changes, email us at support@cinera.ca with your account email and we'll get you sorted.

CINERA Manager requires an active subscription. CINERA Scout, Team, and Client are free to download.

Email support@cinera.ca with a description of the issue, which app and version you're using, and your device model and iOS version. Screenshots or screen recordings are always helpful.
