Cookie Policy

Version 1.0|Effective Date: July 10, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Illuminate Productions Inc. (operating as CINERA, "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the CINERA platform. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes more broadly how we handle your personal information.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — including browser local storage, software development kit (SDK) identifiers in our mobile applications, and pixel tags — perform comparable functions. In this policy we refer to all of these collectively as "cookies."

Cookies may be "session" cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or "persistent" cookies, which remain until they expire or you delete them. They may be set by us ("first-party") or by a third-party service we use ("third-party").

2. How We Use Cookies

We use cookies for two purposes only:

  • Strictly necessary (essential): to keep you signed in, maintain your session securely, remember your preferences, and protect against fraud and abuse. The Service cannot function without these, and they cannot be disabled through our Service.
  • Analytics and performance: to understand how the Service is used in aggregate, measure performance, and diagnose errors so we can improve reliability. These are not strictly necessary.

We do not use cookies for advertising, we do not sell data collected through cookies, and we do not use your content or cookie data to train artificial intelligence models.

3. Cookies and Technologies We Use

ProviderCategoryPurpose
Supabase (authentication)Strictly necessaryMaintains your authenticated session and keeps you signed in. Set as first-party cookies. Cannot be disabled while using the Service.
Vercel AnalyticsAnalyticsAggregate, privacy-focused usage measurement (page views, referrers, device type). Used to understand traffic patterns and improve the Service.
SentryAnalytics / error monitoringCaptures crash reports, performance traces, and, when an error occurs, a session replay to help us diagnose and fix the problem. Sentry applies masking to reduce the capture of sensitive input.

The specific cookie names and lifespans set by these providers are governed by each provider's own documentation and may change. This table describes the categories and purposes for which we deploy them.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are set by the third-party services listed above. We do not control these cookies directly. Your use of the Service is also subject to the privacy and cookie practices of those providers, which are described in our Privacy Policy (see the sub-processors section).

5. Managing Your Cookies

Most web browsers accept cookies by default. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when a cookie is being set. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in or use core features of the Service.

  • Browser controls: refer to your browser's help pages (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge each provide cookie controls under privacy or security settings).
  • Analytics opt-out: you can block the analytics and error-monitoring cookies described in Section 3 using your browser's cookie controls or tracker-blocking extensions without losing access to the Service.
  • Mobile applications: you can reset or limit advertising and diagnostic identifiers through your device's privacy settings.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no industry-standard response to DNT signals. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or tracking, so our handling of your data does not change based on a DNT signal.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in applicable law. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Effective Date" above.
